How to Return Purchased Items
Please call Neb Medical at 866.633.1597 to speak to a customer service representative about authorizing your return.
All returns must be made within 45 days of purchase, in the original condition, and with packaging in tact. Please allow up to two weeks for credit card refunds. Neb Medical will only pay return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.
Exclusions to Return Policy
Neb Medical does not accept returns on breast pumps, used products or clearance items. Returns are subject to inspection by Neb Medical.
Exchange Policy
Neb Medical permits products to be exchanged so long as the original item is not used and is returned in its original packaging. Exchanges are subject to inspection by Neb Medical and must be of equal or lesser value. To exchange your product, please call us at: 866.633.1597
Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs)
For all shipping related issues, please contact GEMCO within 30 days of the order date at 800.733.7976 Returns must be initiated within 30 days, please note that CGM Transmitters and CGM Receivers that have been opened or are not in resalable condition are not eligible for returns. Fedex/UPS Policy
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please call Fedex at 800.463.3339 or UPS at 800.742.5877 to file a claim. Please document your claim number for Neb Medical Services, we will require this information in order to ship a replacement product. All claims must be filed within 2 weeks of original shipment date.
Warranty Information
All breast pumps warranties are furnished through the manufacturer, not Neb Medical. If you are experiencing operational issues with your breast pump, please contact the manufacturer and they can help you troubleshoot. For more information please visit our Warranty Information Page.
