If your product is delivered damaged, please contact Neb Medical Services at (866) 633-1597 and we will be happy to assist you. We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Malfunctioning Products
If your nebulizer is not working properly, rest assured, there is a 5 year warranty included. Please call our office at (866) 633-1597 and we will troubleshoot with you and deliver replacement equipment as needed.
If you are experiencing any issues with the performance of your breast pump, please contact the manufacturer, who can most likely troubleshoot your problem. All breast pumps are warrantied through the manufacturer and not Neb Medical Services. Please contact the manufacturer directly at the contact information below. All warranties cover the first year.

Breast pump accessories are not warrantied through Neb Medical or the manufacturer. You may return a cash-pay accessory item within 45 days of purchase if the item is unopened.
